The inStore ("we," "our," or "us") operates the inStore mobile application (the "App"), a multi-vendor online shopping platform that connects you with stores, groceries, restaurants, and delivery services.

        EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) users have additional rights including access, rectification, erasure, portability, and opting out of data sales (we don’t sell data). Contact us to exercise these rights — we’ll respond within the legal timeframe.

We use industry-standard encryption, secure servers, and regular audits. While we do everything possible to protect your data, no system is 100% secure.

6. Children’s Privacy

inStore is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in some regions). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We’ll notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
